This Normative Instruction establishes the inclusion of a declaration in the label of pesticides informing the existence of a new formula changing its composition.  This regulation will be also notified to the TBT committee.

Submit to the Public Consultation, the proposal for a Normative Instruction with the objective of establishing rules and procedures for the import and nationalization of foreign fishing vessels.

This draft resolution proposes the revision of the Resolution - RDC number 105, 19 May 1999 - which establishes technical requirements for packages and plastic containers in contact with food; the Resolution - RDC number 56, 16 November 2012 - which establishes the positive list of monomers, starting substances, and polymers authorized in the manufacturing of packages and plastic containers in contact with food; and the Resolution - RDC number 88, 29 June 2016 - which establishes the materials, packages, and cellulosic materials destinated to enter in contact with food; in order to update the health requirements of material in contact with food.  This Draft Resolution will be also notified to the TBT committee.

Establishes the Phytosanitary Requirements for the import of fresh Apple fruits (malus domestica) Produced in Chile.

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient T32 - TEBUCONAZOL (tebuonazolec) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application): -includes the pea, bean, chickpea, and lentil cultures with MRL of 0,1 mg/kg and safety security period of 14 days.

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient A26 – AZOXISTROBINA (azoxystrobin) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application): -includes the pineapple culture with MRL of 6,0 mg/kg and safety security period "Not determined due to the modality of use (application); -includes ornamental plants cultures with MRL and safety security period of "Non-food use"; -changes the MRL of the banana culture from 2,0 to 15,0 mg/kg; -changes the MRL of the citrus culture from 0,5 to 7,0 mg/kg; -changes the MRL of the papaya culture from 0,3 to 6,0 mg/kg; -changes the MRL of the mango culture from 0,4 to 6,0 mg/kg.

Establishes phytosanitary requirements for the import of fermented and dried (Category 2, Class 9) cocoa beans (Theobroma cacao) produced in Côte d'Ivoire

Establishes phytosanitary requirements for the import of fermented and dried (Category 2, Class 9) cocoa beans (Theobroma cacao) produced in Ghana

This draft resolution updates the list of synthetic polymers for chewing gum, and of spices and vegetable species for the preparation of teas.

Updates the phytosanitary requirements for the import of seeds (Category 4, Class 3) and grains (Category 3, Class 9) of sunflower (Helianthus annuus) produced in Bolivia.

Submit to the Public Consultation the proposal of Normative Instruction, which classifies the activity of production of phytosanitary products with approved use for organic agriculture, establishes minimum production parameters and takes other measures.

Changes items I and II of art. 3 of Normative Instruction No. 6, of 16 February 2017, of the Secretariat of Agricultural Defense, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, which established the phytosanitary requirements for the import of fresh fruits of pear (Pyrus pyrifolia), Category 3 , Class 4, produced in Belgium.

Establishes the criteria and procedures for the manufacture, fractionation, import and sale of products exempted from registration for use in animal feed.

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient B55 - BENZOATO DE EMAMECTINA (Emamectin Benzoate) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application): -includes the ground-nut, pea, caupi bean, lima bean, green bean, chickpea, and lentil cultures with MRL of 0,01 mg/kg and safety security period of 7 days; -includes the phrase: "acute reference dose (ARfD)=0,02 mg/kg b.w. (source: JMPR, 2014)"; -includes the phrase: "* The Joint FAO/WHO Meeting on Pesticide Residues"; -includes the phrase: "for the purpose of residue definition for conformity to MRL and for the dietary risk assessment it will be considered the sum of emamectin benzoate B1a and emamectin benzoate B1b".

This resolution changes the Resolution – RDC number 22, 13 May 2015 in order to update the specification references for nutrient sources and other substances for use in formulas of enteral nutrition.

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient D36 - DIFENOCONAZOL (difenoconazole) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application): -includes the cane sugar culture with MRL of 0,06 mg/kg and safety security period of 30 days; -includes the millet, and sorghum cultures with MRL of 0,01 mg/kg and safety security period of 30 days.
