Circular Letter No. 21/2025. As of 8 July 2025, foreign establishments that handle, fraction, group, prepare, or package products intended for animal feed to be exported to Brazil are required to be registered with the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA), and their products must also be registered, in accordance with Decree No. 12,031/2024 and Law No. 14,515 of 2022. Circular Letter No. 12/2025 is hereby revoked.
