Updates the phytosanitary requirements for the import of fermented and dried (Category 2, Class 9) cocoa beans (Theobroma cacao) produced in Côte d'Ivoire. This Normative Instruction repeals the Normative Instruction (Instrução Normativa) nº 123 of 5 March 2021 (G/SPS/N/BRA/1904).
