RNA-Seq of Cacopsylla pyricola infected with Candidatus Phytoplasma pyri

Strand-specific indexed libraries were made with a directional RNA library prep kit. Size selection was performed with SPRI-select beads. Sample input was ribosomally-reduced RNA using an rRNA depletion kit. Libraries were assessed for concentration and fragment size by qPCR and lab-chip assay, with aim of 150bp or 100bp paired end reads.
