Ministry of Agriculture Decision dated 11 December 2016 No. 5/2/30/36874 entitled "Temporary ban of importation of birds other than poultry, live poultry and poultry products including poultry meat" originating from Ukraine

Following the OIE report confirmation of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza virus (HPAI) in Ukraine, the Ministry of Agriculture imposed a temporary ban on importation of birds other than poultry, live poultry and poultry products including poultry meat from Ukraine. The following are excluded from the ban decision:
1. Specific pathogen-free products (SPF eggs);
2. Hatching eggs;
3. Parent and grandparent one-day old chicks; and
4. Heat-treated products.
