The entry into force of the proposed measure has been postponed until future notice.

The purpose of this addendum is to extend the date of entry into force until future notice.

Lifting the ban on importing seedlings of fruit trees and ornamental plants of non-host plants of X. fastidiosa, listed in the European Union and EFSA lists, under the following phytosanitary conditions:It must be proven in the additional declaration of the phytosanitary certificate that the imported seedlings were produced in pests' free areas of the bacteria X. fastidiosa and these areas must be authorized by the NPPO of Italy;Attach the result of the laboratory examination for each seedling species included in the consignment exported from Italy to Jordan, proving that all seedlings species in the consignments are free from the bacteria X. fastidiosa, provided that the date of the examination is no more than 15 days before the date of shipment of the consignment, according to the examination methods approved for this purpose;The imported seedlings must be treated with a systemic insecticide in the country of origin, and must be mentioned in the treatment section of the phytosanitary certificate;A label must be attached to the seedlings contained in the imported consignment indicating the type of plant and its scientific name.The decision will be evaluated after 31 March 2024.

The purpose of this addendum is to extend the date of entry into force to 30 June 2024.

Poultry meat must be produced on the base of feed free from animal powders of ruminant origin.
