Draft Mandatory Malawi standard for edible mushroom and mushroom products

This draft mandatory standard provides maximum limits for permitted ingredients and other food additives to be used in processing of mushrooms to ensure food safety. Mushrooms traded in Malawi, whether locally produced or imported, shall conform to this requirement.
