This Rulebook lays down provisions concerning the manner of conducting official controls at BIP's of consignments of products of animal origin introduced as passengers' personal luggage and intended for personal consumption or use. The provisions of this Rulebook refer to small consignments of products of animal origin, composite products containing products of animal origin and products derived from animal by-products sent to natural persons and not intended for placing on the market.
