The Rulebook lays down specific rules concerning the performance of the official controls by official veterinarians of food of animal origin intended for human consumption

The Programme lays down rules for the period 2022-2026 for the monitoring and reporting of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) to be carried out by the Food and Veterinary Agency of North Macedonia.

This Rulebook lays down rules concerning the manner and procedure for notification of listed diseases, eradication programmes and application for recognition of disease-free status, the format and procedure for reporting the results of surveillance and eradication programmes, the information, format and procedural requirements as regards the submission of draft compulsory and draft optional eradication programmes for approval and as regards performance indicators necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of those programmes, as well as the formats and procedures for applications for recognition of disease-free status of the entire territory of the country, or zones and compartments thereof, procedures for the establishment and use of the Animal Disease Information System (ADIS).

This Law lays down rules for the performance of official controls and other official activities by the competent authorities of North Macedonia, the financing of official controls, cooperation with the competent authorities of third countries, adoption of conditions to be met regarding import of live animals and goods imported into North Macedonia from third countries, the establishment of a computerised information system to manage information and data in relation to official controls.

This Law lays down lays down rules for the prevention and control of animal diseases which are transmissible to animals or to humans.
