Law on official controls

This Law lays down rules for the performance of official controls and other official activities by the competent authorities of North Macedonia, the financing of official controls, cooperation with the competent authorities of third countries, adoption of conditions to be met regarding import of live animals and goods imported into North Macedonia from third countries, the establishment of a computerised information system to manage information and data in relation to official controls.
