This Draft resolution includes the active ingredient S20 - Saccharomyces cerevisiae in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient F69 - FLUPIRADIFURONE (flupyradifurone) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application): -changes the safety security period of the potato culture from 7 to 3 days; -changes the MRL of the coffee culture from 0,5 to 1,5 mg/kg; -includes the soya culture with MRL of 0,4 mg/kg and safety security period 14 days; -changes the phrase at item "i" from "class III (medium toxic)" to "specific for each product, in compliance with article 38 of the Resolution - RDC number 294, 29 July 2019"; -changes the phrase at item "j": "for the purpose of residue definition for conformity to MRL and for the dietary risk assessment it will be considered the ingredient flupyradifurone and its metabolite acid difluoroacetic (DFA), expressed as flupyradifurone"; -includes the phrase: "acute reference dose (ARfD)=0,2 mg/kg p.c. (source: JMPR, 2015)"; -includes the phrase: "inclusion of the cultures requested by the Joint Normative Instruction number  01, 16 June 2014"; -includes the phrase: "Joint FAO/WHO Meeting on Pesticide Residues".

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient D55 - DINOTEFURAN  (dinotefuran)  from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application): -includes the ground-nut, pea, beans, chickpea, and lentil cultures with MRL of 0,09 mg/kg and safety security period of 14 days; -includes the sorghum culture with MRL of 0,01 mg/kg and safety security period of 21 days; -changes the safety security period of the cane sugar culture from 210 to 150 days.

Establishes phytosanitary requirements for the import of desert rose (Category 4, Class 3) seeds (Adenium obesum), produced in Thailand

Approves, as provided for in Annex I of this Ordinance, the necessary measures to be observed by organizations, in the activities developed in the slaughter and processing industry of meat and meat products intended for human consumption and dairy products, aiming at the prevention, control and mitigation of risks transmission of COVID-19 in work environments, in order to permanently guarantee the safety and health of workers, the normality of the population's food supply, jobs and economic activities.

Updates the phytosanitary requirements for the import of bare-root seedlings and grape vines (Vitis vinifera) (Category 4, Class 1), from the United States of America and repeals Normative Instruction SDA / MAPA No. 72, of 7 October 2004.

Establish the ingredients and additives authorized for use in animal feed, including those used in human food and likely to be used in animal feed and the necessary requirements for the inclusion and amendment of raw materials approved as ingredients and additives. The list of authorized ingredients and additives referred to in the caput will be published and updated by an act of the Secretary of Agricultural Defense from brazilian Ministry of Agriculture. Ingredients and additives that do not appear on the published list or other authoritative regulation, cannot be marketed for use in animal feed in Brazil.
