Amend Annex XXX to Normative Instruction SDA / MAPA No. 16 of 26 August 2015, published in Section 1 of the D.O.U. 164, of 08/27/2015, pgs. 11 to 17, which establishes the phytosanitary requirements for the import of seeds for propagation, originating in Mexico and becomes effective in the form of the annex to this Normative Instruction.
