This Normative Instruction provides for the inclusion of the cultures of sweet potato, yacon potato, beet, taro root, carrots, peas, beans, ginger, chickpeas, yam, lentils, arracacha, turnip and radish on the Monographs of the active ingredient Cypermethrin in the List of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Sanitizers, Disinfectants and Wood Preservatives, published through Normative Instruction - IN No. 103, of 19 October 2021. It is the result of consolidation of two previous regulations, Resolution number 1.851, of 6 May  2021 and Resolution number 2.811, of 15 July 2021, without change of merit.

Zoosanitary requirements of the member States for the importation of eggs for hatching of poultry and day-old poultry.

Incorporates into the national legal system the phytosanitary requirements for Pinus spp. (pinus) according to country of destination and origin for the MERCOSUR States Parties, approved by MERCOSUR/GMC/RES. No. 12/22.The Ordinance (Portaria) No. 62 of 29 March 2021 is revoked.

Incorporates into the Brazilian legal system the Phytosanitary Requirements for Hordeum vulgare (barley) according to Country of Destination and Origin, for member States of Mercosur, approved by Resolution MERCOSUR/GMC/RES No. 14/22.

Approves the Procedures for the Adhesion of Slaughterhouses  registered with the Department of Inspection of Products of Animal Origin from the Department of Defense Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply to the Risk-Based Inspection System applicable to broilers.
