The Draft Resolution number 1121, 27 October 2022 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2093 - which regarded the proposal for inclusion of active ingredients R04: Rheum palmatum and R04.1 - Hydroethanolic extract of Rheum palmatum on the Monograph List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, published by Normative Instruction number 103 - 19 October 2021 on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União), was adopted as Normative Instruction number 208, 16 February 2023.
