This draft resolution proposes the inclusion of active ingredient  A72- Nonanoic Acid on the Monograph List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservatives, which was published by Normative Instruction 103 on 19 October 2021 in the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União).

We have mistakenly notified G/SPS/N/BRA/2256/Add.1 (sunflower seeds) as an addendum to G/SPS/N/BRA/2256 (sunflower propagating material). However, they are different products and should be notified in different notifications. Therefore, the notification G/SPS/N/BRA/2256/Add.1 is null and void.

The rectification refers to the phytosanitary requirements for the import of clove seeds (Dianthus) instead of propagative material, in addition, there is a rectification of other articles in the aforementioned publication.

Rectification of Article VII - For Israel: "The shipment was produced in an area free of Pelargonium zonate spot virus, recognized by the National Phytosanitary Protection Organization - ONPF of the importing country." or "The shipment is free of Pelargonium zonate spot virus, according to the result of official laboratory analysis No.".
