Description
Draft Resolution 1178, 10 July 2023 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2198 - was adopted as Normative Instruction 296, 2 May 2024. The regulation updates active ingredients F69 - FLUPIRADIFURONE and T42 – TRANSFLUTRINA on the Monograph List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservatives, which was published by Normative Instruction 103, 19 October 2021, in the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União).The final text is available only in Portuguese and can be downloaded at:
