Sustitúyase el texto del punto 6 de la notificación G/SPS/N/BOL/20, circulada el 19 de diciembre de 2023 por lo siguiente:6.Descripción del contenido: Se establece los requisitos y procedimientos aplicables a la evaluación de etiquetado y producto alimenticio de consumo humano, para su venta directa al consumidor final o para fines de hostelería, que se comercialicen en el país, sean estos importados o procesados en el territorio nacional.

The notified Regulation establishes requirements and procedures for the assessment of labelling and foods for human consumption that are marketed in the country for direct sale to the final consumer or for catering purposes, whether such foods are imported or processed in the national territory.

The notified Directive has been issued in response to the need for measures that reduce, prevent or eliminate risks to public health arising from the presence of chemical residues and contaminants in meat products imported into the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
