The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has subsequently issued the Notice Administrative Order No. 27269 dated 21 April 2024, lifting the temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Wielkopolskie in Poland, based on the WOAH report dated 8 April 2024, indicating that Wielkopolskie in Poland is free of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus (HPAI).

No. 14234 dated 3 December 2023 entitled “Temporary ban on importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Morbihan in France". The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has subsequently issued the Notice Administrative Order No. 24841 dated 20 March 2024, lifting the temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Morbihan in France, based on the WOAH report dated 22 February 2024, indicating that Morbihan in France is free of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus (HPAI).

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) issued the Notice of Executive Order of Saudi Food and Drug Authority Ref. No. 22018 dated 10 November 2018 (18/03/1440 AH) entitled "Temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Voronezhskaya Oblast, Russian Federation". The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has subsequently issued the Notice Administrative Order No. 24844 dated 20 March 2024, lifting the temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Voronezhskaya Oblast in the Russian Federation, based on the WOAH report dated 21 May 2019, indicating that Voronezhskaya Oblast in the Russian Federation is free of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus (HPAI).

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) issued the Notice of Administration Order of Saudi Food and Drug Authority Ref. No. 19185 dated 23 January 2024 entitled “Temporary ban on importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Vendée in France". The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has subsequently issued the Notice Administrative Order No. 24841 dated 20 March 2024, lifting the temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Vendée in France, based on the WOAH report dated 22 February 2024, indicating that Vendée in France is free of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus (HPAI).

This draft technical regulation defines the requirements for whole and ground roasted coffee beans obtained by roasting green coffee beans of the genus (Coffea). It does not include ground roasted coffee to which added by any other additives and instant coffee.

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has subsequently issued the Notice Administrative Order No. 24038 dated 11 March 2024, lifting the temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Mazowieckie in Poland, based on the WOAH report dated 12 February 2024, indicating that Mazowieckie in Poland is free of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus (HPAI).

This regulation specifies the requirements for feed for aquatic feed (fish and shrimp).

Following the WOAH report dated 9 February 2024, a Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) virus outbreak has occurred in Warmińsko-Mazurskie in Poland. In compliance with the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), Terrestrial Animal Health Code Chapter 10.4, it is deemed necessary for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to prevent the entry of the HPAI virus into the country. Therefore, the import of poultry meat, eggs and their products from Warmińsko-Mazurskie in Poland to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is temporarily suspended (with the exception of processed poultry meat and egg products exposed to either heat or other treatments that ensure deactivation of the HPAI virus, as long as it conforms with the approved health requirements, and standards, with a health certificate issued by the official bodies in Poland prove that the product is free from the virus).

It is a certificate granted to those companies or farms exporting poultry products to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the aim of ensuring that the products of these companies (whole chicken, breast chicken, thighs skinless boneless, chicken wings, chicken drumsticks, chicken whole leg, etc.) conform to Saud GAP standards. These standards include all poultry breeding and production systems.

Following the WOAH report dated 7 February 2024, a Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) virus outbreak has occurred in Wielkopolskie in Poland. In compliance with the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), Terrestrial Animal Health Code Chapter 10.4, it is deemed necessary for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to prevent the entry of the HPAI virus into the country. Therefore, the import of poultry meat, eggs and their products from Wielkopolskie in Poland to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is temporarily suspended (with the exception of processed poultry meat and egg products exposed to either heat or other treatments that ensure deactivation of the HPAI virus, as long as it conforms with the approved health requirements, and standards, with a health certificate issued by the official bodies in Poland prove that the product is free from the virus).

Following the WOAH report dated 29 January 2024, a Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) virus outbreak has occurred in Lódzkie in Poland. In compliance with the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), Terrestrial Animal Health Code Chapter 10.4, it is deemed necessary for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to prevent the entry of the HPAI virus into the country. Therefore, the import of poultry meat, eggs and their products from Lódzkie in Poland to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is temporarily suspended (with the exception of processed poultry meat and egg products exposed to either heat or other treatments that ensure deactivation of the HPAI virus, as long as it conforms with the approved health requirements, and standards, with a health certificate issued by the official bodies in Poland prove that the product is free from the virus).

Following the WOAH report dated 18 January 2024, a Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) virus outbreak has occurred in Vendée in France. In compliance with the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), Terrestrial Animal Health Code Chapter 10.4, it is deemed necessary for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to prevent the entry of the HPAI virus into the country. Therefore, the import of poultry meat, eggs and their products from Vendée in France to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is temporarily suspended (with the exception of processed poultry meat and egg products exposed to either heat or other treatments that ensure deactivation of the HPAI virus, as long as it conforms with the approved health requirements, and standards, with a health certificate issued by the official bodies in France prove that the product is free from the virus).

Food that is served in places that prepare and serve food catering meals, and includes the hygienic requirements that must be met in all stages of preparing, transporting, handling, displaying and serving food, such as airports, flights, trains, hotels, ships, hospitals, and food serving companies in Hajj and Umrah, universities, schools and other entities that provide this service.

Therefore, the import of poultry meat, eggs and their products from Mazowieckie in Poland to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is temporarily suspended (with the exception of processed poultry meat and egg products exposed to either heat or other treatments that ensure deactivation of the HPAI virus, as long as it conforms with the approved health requirements, and standards, with a health certificate issued by the official bodies in Poland prove that the product is free from the virus).

No. 31895 dated 18 July 2023 entitled "Temporary ban on importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Podlaskie in Poland". The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has subsequently issued the Notice Administrative Order No. 14846 dated 7 December 2023, lifting the temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from  Podlaskie in Poland based on the WOAH Report dated 29 November 2023, indicating that Podlaskie in Poland is free of Newcastle disease.

No. 8595 dated 12 October 2023 entitled "Temporary ban on importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Łódzkie in Poland".  The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has subsequently issued the Notice Administrative Order No. 14846 dated 7 December 2023, lifting the temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Łódzkie in Poland based on the WOAH Report dated 23 November 2023 , indicating that Łódzkie in Poland is free of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus (HPAI).

Following the WOAH report dated 5 December 2023, a Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) virus outbreak has occurred in West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. In compliance with the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), Terrestrial Animal Health Code Chapter 10.4, it is deemed necessary for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to prevent the entry of the HPAI virus into the country. Therefore, the import of poultry meat, eggs and their products from West-Vlaanderen, Belgium to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is temporarily suspended (with the exception of processed poultry meat and egg products exposed to either heat or other treatments that ensure deactivation of the HPAI virus, as long as it conforms with the approved health requirements, and standards, with a health certificate issued by the official bodies in Belgium to prove that the product is free from the virus).
