According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 2 June 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Germany since 6 June 2023 has expired on 4 September 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued an outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the area of Germany. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Germany is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2 October 2023).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 2 June 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of live domestic pig and wild pigs and their carcasses from Vietnam, since 6 June 2023 has expired on 4 September 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued an outbreak of African Swine Fever in area of Vietnam. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live domestic pig and wild pigs and their carcasses from Vietnam is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2 October 2023).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 2 June 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of live domestic pig and wild pigs and their carcasses from Myanmar, since 6 June 2023 has expired on 4 September 2023. However, Myanmar have no self-declaration for the recovery of country freedom from African swine fever from WOAH. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live domestic pig and wild pigs and their carcasses from Myanmar is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2 October 2023).

The WOAH reported an outbreak of Avian Influenza (HPAI) in area of the Netherlands. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from the Netherlands is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2 October 2023).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 2 June 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of live domestic pig and wild pigs and their carcasses from the Philippines, since 6 June 2023 has expired on  4 September 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued an outbreak of African Swine Fever in area of Philippines. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live domestic pig and wild pigs and their carcasses from the Philippines is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2 October 2023).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 2 June 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of live domestic pig and   wild pigs and their carcasses from Republic of Korea, since 6 June 2023 has expired on  4 September 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued an outbreak of African Swine Fever in area of Republic of Korea. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live domestic pig and  wild pigs and their carcasses from Republic of Korea is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2 October 2023).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 25 May 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of Foot and Mouth Disease in Myanmar since 30 May 2023 has expired on 28 August 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of Foot and Mouth Disease in the area of Myanmar. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Foot and Mouth Disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558, the importation or transit of goat and sheep and their products under the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015) from Myanmar is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days from 28 August 2023 onward in the Thai Royal Gazette.

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 25 May 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of Foot and Mouth Disease in Myanmar since 30 May 2023 has expired on 28 August 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of Foot and Mouth Disease in the area of Myanmar. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Foot and Mouth Disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558, the importation or transit of cattle and buffalo and their products under the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015) from Myanmar is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days since 28 August 2023 onward in the Thai Royal Gazette.

The Draft Ministry of Public Health notification entitled "Enzyme for use in Food Processing", previously notified in G/SPS/N/THA/519 dated 7 April 2022, was published in the Royal Gazette dated 15 August 2023 as Notification of the Ministry of Public Health No. 443.Date of entry into force: This notification shall come into force after the day following date of its publication in the Royal Gazette (16 August 2023).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 8 May 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of bovine and buffalo and their products from Cambodia since 8 May 2023 has expired on 5 August 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of lumpy skin disease in the area of Cambodia. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of lumpy skin disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of bovine and buffalo and their products from Cambodia is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days from 6 August 2023 onward in the Thai Royal Gazette.

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 8 May 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from India since 8 May 2023has expired on 5 August 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of African Swine Fever in the area of India. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from India is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days from 6 August 2023 onward in the Thai Royal Gazette.

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 18 April 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Poland since 18 April 2023 has expired on 17 July 2023. However, the WOAH reported an outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the area of Poland. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Poland is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (4 August 2023).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 5 April 2023, the suspension for importation and transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from the United Kingdom since 5 April 2023 has expired on 4 July 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in many areas of the United Kingdom. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation and transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Cumbria, Lancashire and Sussex of the United Kingdom is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (26 July 2023).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 8 May 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Viet Nam since 8 May 2023 has expired on 5 August 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the area of Viet Nam. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Viet Nam is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days from 6 August 2023 onward in the Thai Royal Gazette.

However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the area of South Africa. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from South Africa is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days from 6 August 2023 onward in the Thai Royal Gazette.

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 8 May 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Indonesia since 8 May 2023 has expired on 5 August 2023. However, the WOAH has reported an outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) which is an endemic disease in Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By virtue of the Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Indonesia is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days from 6 August 2023 onward in the Thai Royal Gazette.

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 8 May 2023, the suspension for the importation or transit of live domestic pigs and wild pigs and their carcasses from Italy since 8 May 2023 has expired on 5 August 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of African Swine Fever in the area of Italy. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation or transit of live domestic pigs and wild pigs and their carcasses from Italy is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days since 6 August 2023 onward in the Thai Royal Gazette.

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 5 April 2023, the suspension for importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from France has expired on 4 July 2023. However, the WOAH reported Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the area of France. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Gers, Landes, Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Hautes-Pyrénées of France is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (13 July 2023).

The WOAH reported an outbreak of Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the area of Brazil. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Brazil is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (13 July 2023).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 16 March 2023, the suspension for importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from Germany since 16 March 2023 has expired on 13 June 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of African Swine Fever in the area of Germany. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from Germany is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days since 14 June 2023 onward in  the Thai Royal Gazette.
