Morphological Features
Body length 1985 μm, width 395 μm (female). Antennal segment III longer than wide and slightly asymmetric; segments III–V almost clear yellow, legs dark. Postocular setae weakly capitate, extending beyond posterior margin of eyes. Antennal segment III with two sense cones, segment IV with four sense cones. Pronotum with five pairs of major setae, capitate at apices; anteromarginal setae two-thirds length of anteroangular setae. Fore wing sub-basal setae arranged in a triangle, finely capitate. Abdominal tergites II–VII with two pairs of wing-retaining setae, darker than other setae. Metascutum sculptured with reticulation medially, median setae situated at middle of sclerite.
