Pentastiridius leporinus

Vertex almost as long as wide at posterior margin. Lateral sides of vertex, pronotum, and areolar and frontal carinal areas pale yellow. Frons, clypeus, gena, and lora black in males, golden brown in females. Mesonotum and femora black in males, lighter in females. Costal carinae slightly divergent, reaching almost posterior margin of mesonotum, shorter than medial and intercostal carinae; medial and intercostal carinae end subapically at caudal margin of mesonotum. Veins and stigmas pale golden, darker in males. Aedeagus base forms dorsolaterally an almost flat pentagonal plate; on right, laterobasal to base of aedeagus, a long thin spine extends around theca and almost embraces it; apex of velum ends in two processes: a ventral tongue-shaped expansion and a thin, spine-like extension curved downward exceeding it.
