Risk Management Proposal review and Amendment of BMSB treatment

An additional treatment for brown marmorated stink bug risk cargo to be included in the MPI Standard: Treatment Requirement: Approved Biosecurity Treatments (ABTRT). This document contains the rationale behind and the recommendation to implement the use of a combination of ethyl formate and carbon dioxide to fumigate BMSB risk cargo in New Zealand.
