Draft Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission on Amendments to Certain Decisions of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission

This draft provides for the inclusion of sugarbeet wireworm (Limonius californicus (Mannerheim)) to the Common List of Quarantine Pests of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 158 of 30 November 2016.The draft also provides for updating the Common Quarantine Phytosanitary Requirements for Quarantine Products and Quarantine Objects at the Customs Border and in the Customs Territory of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 157 of 30 November 2016 for the types of quarantine products which are allowed to be imported to the EAEU despite detection of certain pests.
