Description
This National Program - MoluBiS has the aim of establishing, at the national level, the hygienic-sanitary control of bivalve molluscs intended for human or animal consumption, in accordance with the minimum requirements necessary for the guarantee of safety and quality, as well as monitor and enforce compliance with these requirements.
