The Draft Resolution - RDC number 1075, 10 February 2022 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2009 - which is regarded the proposal for inclusion of active ingredient P64: Pseudomonas oryzihabitans of the Monograph List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, published by Normative Instruction number 103 - 19 October 2021 on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU – Diário Oficial da União), was adopted as the Normative Instruction number 154, 13 May 2022.
