Draft Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission on Amendments to the Customs Union Commission Decision as of 18 June 2010, No. 318

The Draft is aimed at ensuring uniform application of the provisions of the Procedure for Conducting Quarantine Phytosanitary Control (Supervision) at the Customs Border of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Procedure for Conducting Quarantine Phytosanitary Control (Supervision) on the Customs Territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, established by the Customs Union Commission Decision as of 18 June 2010, No. 318, as well as correcting a technical inaccuracy in paragraph 4.1.6 of the Procedure applicable at the customs border.
