UAE Technical Regulation for fermented milk products heat treated after fermentation (long life)

This Technical Regulation is concerned with the requirements for the Ultra High Temperature (UHT) fermented milk and flavoured fermented milk (long life) for direct consumption or further processing in conformity with the definitions in article 3 of this regulation.
