Acuerdo No. 374: Estado de Alerta Zoosanitaria en todo el país, para la prevención de cualquiera de los subtipos de la Influenza Aviar de Alta Patogenicidad (IAAP) (Decision No. 374: Declaration of an animal health alert throughout the country to prevent the entry of any subtypes of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI)).

Executive Decision concerning agriculture and livestock, declaring an animal health alert and emergency following Regional Alert No. 2 on the risk of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) entering OIRSA member countries, issued by the International Regional Organization for Plant and Animal Health (OIRSA) on 28 April 2022. The aim is to have a contingency plan defining the actions to be taken in the event of an emergency, an action plan for the rapid and efficient deployment of human and material resources to effectively contain the disease and eliminate infection, and prevention strategies, quarantine measures, on-farm biosecurity arrangements and other measures to be used to minimize the risk of the entry and establishment of HPAI.
