General requirements for the transportation and storage of food (Non-chilled and non-frozen)

This draft technical regulation is applied to the general requirements for the transport and storage of foods (not chilled or not frozen), which are transported and stored at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C and do not, under normal circumstances, require their transportation by refrigeration and freezing.
