The Draft Resolution number 1116, 16 September 2022 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2080 - which is regarded the proposal for inclusion of active ingredient B59 - BENALAXIL-M on the Monograph List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, published by Normative Instruction number 103 - 19 October 2021 on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União), was adopted as the Normative Instruction number 202, 23 December 2022.
