The Draft Resolution 1138, 29 December 2022 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2129 - which is regarded the proposal for inclusion of active ingredient D27.5 - 2,4 - D-DIETHANOLAMINE on the monograph of active ingredient D27 - 2,4 - D (2,4 - D) in the Annex of Normative Instruction 103 - 19 October 2021, published on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União), was adopted as the Normative Instruction 222, 4 April 2023.
