TheDraft Resolution 1147, 10 February 2023 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2139 - which is regarded the proposal for inclusion of active ingredient A71 - 1-Aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid on the Monograph List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, published by Normative Instruction 103 - 19 October 2021 on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União), was adopted as the Normative Instruction 231, 1 June 2023.
