Proposed standard for Industrial trans fat

The Department of Food Technology and Quality Control, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Nepal has proposed the standard for maximum level of industrial trans fat in vegetables fat and the foods produced using such vegetable fat  in order to protect the health of consumers by controlling the quality and safety of the food products and facilitating fair trade.
