Description
The Department of Food Technology and Quality Control, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Nepal has proposed the prohibition of use of inked paper as direct food contact materials in order to protect the health of consumers by controlling the quality and safety of the food products and facilitating fair trade.
