Description
This Ordinance comes into force on 1 August 2023. For petunia seeds from Germany, China, Denmark, United States of America, France, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand and the Netherlands, a period of 180 days is granted for the National Phytosanitary Protection Organizations - NPPOs in the countries of origin adapt their procedures to apply the requirements set out in this Ordinance.
