Description
Draft Resolution 1149, 10 March 2023 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2143 - was adopted as Normative Instruction 238, 1 August 2023. The regulation amends the monographs of the active ingredients C36 – CYPROCONAZOLE, C63 – LAMBDA-CYYOLTHRINE, D21 - DIQUATE, D59 - DIMPROPYRIDAZ, F40 - FORMETANATE, F66 – FLUBENDIAMIDE, M26.1 - METHYL METSULFUROM, P34 - PYRIPROXIFEM, T24 -TRIFLURALIN and T34 – TRIFLUMUROM on the List of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Sanitizing Disinfectants and Wood Preservatives, published through Normative Instruction 103, 19 October 2021, in the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU- Diário Oficial da União).The final text is available only in Portuguese and can be downloaded at:
