Description
Draft Resolution 1159, 27 April 2023 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2159 - was adopted as Normative Instruction 237, 1 August 2023. The regulation amends the monographs of the active ingredients D17 – DIFLUBENZURON, F23.1 – FLUASIFOP-P-BUTYL, F71 – FLORPIRAUXIPHEN BENZYL, G01 – GLYPHOSATE, I30 – IMPIRFLUXAM, M33 – METAMMITRON, M35 – METHYLCYCLOPROPENE, P43 – PYRIMETANIL, T54 – TRIFLOXYSTROBIN, on the Monograph List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Sanitizing Disinfectants and Wood Preservatives, published by Normative Instruction 103, 19 October 2021, in the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União).The final text is available only in Portuguese and can be downloaded at:
