Description
Draft Resolution 1150, 10 March 2023 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2144 - was adopted as Normative Instruction 240, 1 August 2023. The regulation amends the monograph of the active ingredient M09 - METALDEHYDE on the List of Monographs of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Sanitizing Disinfectants and Wood Preservatives, published by Normative Instruction 103, 19 October 2021, in the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União).The final text is available only in Portuguese and can be downloaded at:
