Draft Resolution 1202, 8 September 2023 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2216 - was adopted as Normative Instruction 268, 12 December 2023. The regulation changes the monographs of 24 active ingredients on the Monograph List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservatives, which was published by Normative Instruction 103 on 19 October 2021 in the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União): B26 - Bifenthrin, B54 - Bixafem, B55 - Emamectin Benzoate, C18 - Chlorothalonil, C49 - Ethyl Carfentrazone, C63 - Lambda-Cyhalothrin, C70 - Chlorantraniliprole, C74 - Cyantraniliprole, D17 - Diflubenzuron, D39 - Dimethomorph, D41 - Diafentiurom, D55 - Dinotefuran, E33 - Spiropidion, F42.1 - Fluroxypyr methyl, which now has the code F42, G01 - Glyphosate, G05 - Ammonium glufosinate, M01 - Malathion, P17 - Propargite, P34 - Pyriproxyfen. The final text is available only in Portuguese and can be downloaded at:
