Certificate From Originating Country Requirement - Imports of Wild Flora Type II and III of CITES

It requires an import permit, such as a CITES MA certificate, granted by the management authority of the exporting country before the trade occurs to ensure that specimens of wild animals and plants do not threaten the survival of the species included in Appendices I, II, and III under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
