Description
Updates phytosanitary requirements for the import of rocket (Eruca sativa) seeds.The seeds must be accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate, issued by the National Phytosanitary Protection Organization - ONPF of the country of origin. Authorized origins are Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands and United States of America.This Ordinance comes into force on 1 April 2024 and will be in force until 27 August 2024, as the new requirements contained in SDA Ordinance 1009/2024 will come into effect, as per notification G/SPS/N/BRA/2179/Add.1.
