This draft is regarding the requirements and procedures for inspection of used vehicles, machinery and equipment imported in Brazil. The provisions of the Article 1 apply to vehicles, machinery, and equipment, whether agricultural or not, that have been previously used in other countries and have come into contact with soil or plants.
