Description
Art. 1º SDA Ordinance No. 210, of 10 November 1998, shall come into force with the following change:4.4.19.2-A. The location of the equipment for external washing by spraying the carcasses, to remove contamination by visible gastrointestinal content, must be after the evisceration process, prior to the post mortem inspection, under the terms of the specific authorizations of the Department of Inspection of Products of Animal Origin of the Secretariat of Agricultural Defense of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
