Proyecto de Decreto sobre el criterio microbiológico para alimentos listos para el consumo (Draft Decree on the microbiological criteria for ready-to-eat foods)

The notified draft Decree defines the microbiological criteria for ready-to-eat foods unable to support the growth of Listeria monocytogenes and the microbiological criteria for ready-to-eat foods able to support the growth of Listeria monocytogenes, and amends the National Bromatological Regulations approved by Decree No. 315/994 of 5 July 1994 accordingly.
