Incorporates into the national legal framework the zoosanitary requirements of the member States for the entry and circulation of domestic dogs and cats, as well as the models for the International Veterinary Certificate and the Certificate of Additional Requirements, approved by MERCOSUR/GMC/RESOLUTION No. 20/24.
