Description
Draft Resolution 1217, 23 November 2023 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2229 - was adopted as Normative Instruction 344, 20 February 2025. The regulation stablishes the conditions for optimized procedure of assessment applications review of foods by the admission of introductory documentation issued by a Counterpart Foreign Regulatory Authority.
