Draft Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Addendum to Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29 June 2015 No. 7-1/587 On Adoption of Veterinary (Veterinary and Sanitary) Rules"

The measure introduces amendments to the veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) rules, including, measures that are taken when bovine leukemia virus is found during quarantine. In particular, if bovine leukemia virus is found, the authorized body in the veterinary field has the right to refuse importation of entire batch of quarantine animals or those of quarantine animals that have been positive on bovine leukemia virus.
