This Code of Good Aquaculture Practices (GAqP) for Crustaceans covers practices that aim to prevent or minimize the risk associated with aquaculture production in fresh and brackish waters. This Code covers the following aspects of aquaculture production namely: a) food safety; b) animal health and welfare; c) environmental integrity; and d) socio-economic.
