Arrêté du 12 avril 2016 modifiant l'arrêté du 24 mai 2006 relatif aux exigences sanitaires des végétaux, produits végétaux et autres objets (Order of 12 April 2016 amending the Order of 24 May 2006 on the health requirements for plants, plant products and other objects)

The notified Order amends the health requirements governing the importation of plants, plant products and other related objects. It provides that, in the event of post-shipment certification of the goods, the date of inspection must be indicated under the heading "Additional declaration", in accordance with paragraph 4 of International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) No. 12, if the exporting country is on the alert list published by the European Commission.
