Draft resolution regarding the criteria and requirements for the toxicological evaluation of pesticides, its components (additives and other ingredients), related products and wood preservers

Draft Technical Resolution no. 260, 10 October 2016, to establish procedures for the toxicological evaluation (criteria and requirements) of pesticides, its components, related products and wood preservers for authorization and post-authorization purposes.
This Draft Resolution revokes the Guidelines and Exigencies of the Ministry of Health, regarding Register Authorization, Register Renovation and Extension of Pesticides Use (DIRETRIZES E EXIGÊNCIAS DO MINISTÉRIO DA SAÚDE, REFERENTES À AUTORIZAÇÃO DE REGISTRO, RENOVAÇÃO DE REGISTRO E EXTENSÃO DE USO DE AGROTÓXICOS E AFINS) approved by the Divisions of Products, Human Ecology and Environmental Health and Risk Assessment as Guidelines and Exigencies, regarding Register Authorization, Register Renovation and Extension of Pesticides Use (DIRETRIZES E EXIGÊNCIAS, REFERENTES À AUTORIZAÇÃO DE REGISTROS, RENOVAÇÃO DE REGISTRO E EXTENSÃO DE USO DE PRODUTOS AGROTÓXICOS E AFINS) - no. 01, 9 December 1991, published on Brazilian Official Journal, 13 December 1991 and Endorsed by the Ordinance no. 3, 16 January 1992, from the Technical-Normative Department of the Sanitary Surveillance Secretariat of the Ministry of Health.
